The Ridley Sports Club and Schoolhouse have collaborated to bring to you this exciting program that offers a little bit of everything! It includes warm up, aerobic conditioning, upper body toning, abdominal exercises and stretching. Avoid joint stress while getting your workout!
Location: The Ridley Sports Club, MacDade Crossing Shopping Center, MacDade and Fairview in Woodlyn. Registrants for this class will be required to report to the front desk, show their center membership card or SCS scan card and id. There are changing and shower facilities.
