Summer Distribution

Nutrition is important for everyone, especially seniors. If you are 60 years of age or older and meet income eligibility requirements, you can take advantage of this unique and vital program to help maintain good health and nutrition.

The requirements for the program are as follows, all recipients:
*Must be 60 years of age or older by December 31, 2009
*Must reside in Delaware County, and have proof of residence with a photo ID
*Must meet the income limits:
1 Person - $20,036
2 Persons- $26, 955
3 Persons- $33,874
If you are picking up vouchers for someone else, a Proxy form signed by the Recipient and the proxy must be brought in at the time the vouchers are picked up. No more than 4 proxy forms will be allowed per person.
*Vouchers must be used by November 30, 2009
*Vouchers may only be used at approved Farmer’s Market sites which will be distributed with the vouchers.
*Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Mondays, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Beginning July 13, 2009)

Fridays, 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
