Since its inception in 1977, Senior Community Services (SCS) has earned service contracts with the Delaware County Office of Services for the Aging (COSA). A non-profit agency, SCS seeks annual support from municipalities, foundations, business and individuals in the community. SCS is a member agency of United Way.
